I was on L2 visa in US for about 2 yrs and I still have the visa stamping in my passport upto August 2008.
But I have applied for a H1B visa last yr under COS and it was approved. So effective from October 1st 2007, I am on H1B.
I am going for the visa stamping to Canada in April and would like to know what will happen if the visa is rejected for any reason? Can I enter US on my L2 visa which is in the passport. Will there be any problem at the port of entry?
What will happen in case the visa is rejected for any reason?
