Hi,
Im on H1b status since a yr. My company has applied for my extension. I m with a contract with my company for a yr which ends in July. My company is talking about extending the contract as they are paying extension fees. I believed that the company is liable to pay for the extension if its within the contract period. Am I right? Also can I make a visit to India before I get my extension?
