Hi,
I am currently working for ABC company, and I hold my H1 for that company. My wife who's is in UK recently applied for her H4. Now I am in the process of getting my H1 Visa transferred to XYZ company, which might take about 6-8 weeks or more for the approval.
Now, my question is that my wife got her H4 visa stamp with my current employer ABC and she is planning to meet me somewhere in April and I believe till that time my H1 transfer would still be in process. Will this create any problem for her to enter US to the current H4 stamped for ABC and I being in the process of H1 transfer.
