Hello Experts...
I need your advice..
I came to US through employer A and worked for them for 1.5 year and meanwhile I have applied for H1 transfer through another employer B in July 2007. I have received the reciept of my H1 application but has not received the H1 approval yet. My case is with Vermont Service Center. I know this time USCIS has received so many applications and there is a delay in I-129 processing. Is there anyone who hasn't their approval yet.
Now I have resigned employer A and working for employer B. If I want to join a new job with Employer C, can I join with my H1 approval from employer A? I don't have the copy of H1 approval from employer B.
