Can you please give me some guidance and help my queries
I applied for H1b and got approval in oct 2005. And I had been to UK consulate in June 2006, as I got documents a bit late and as well couldn’t get dates in London consulate. My employer didn’t gave me Tax papers and company Photographs, as earlier few people got visa without these documents. Unfortunately, Interviewer asked me about those documents only and wanted me to get Tax papers i.e; sealed envelop and company Photographs and come back again.
Due to some of my family issues I need to come back to Hyderabad, and couldn’t concentrate on H1B. And now as my approval is still valid till 09/08, I wanted to apply for H1B interview at Chennai consulate.
So here are my queries are :-
1) That my approval will expire on 09/08, will I face any problem to visit Chennai consulate.
2) When the interviewer wanted me to come back with company’s Tax papers and photographs at UK Consulate, they never gave me any 221(g). My friends told that, the consulate will issue 221(g) i.e; blue document, in which they specify what they are still expecting from us. As they never gave me, will it a problem for me. As itz my first time and had no knowledge about 221(g), I dint insisted about it.
