Hi

I am in US on H1b Status and I have developed a web site, i want to know weather i am eligible for the income generated by it. what should be the other way to claim the income while being on H1b status?

All the passive incomes such as home rent, bank interest, share dividends, share buying and selling, commission from web sites etc are legal income while you are in H1.

But, you must show these income in to your tax return.
