Hi,
My wife is on H4 from April2007.She was working with an indian company currently on a long leave.
Her company has filled L1B petition and it got approved. Need to get an appointment in India for L1B stamping. We are parellely trying to apply for H1B in 2008 quota.
Will it be a problem if she travels to India for L1B stamping after she applies for H1B(ie., before or after April 1st 2008 for a stay period of 1 month).
One more question is will H4 gets cancelled once L1 B stamping is done in India.
Last question is once L1 B petition is approved how many days it can be holded before getting stamped in India.
