    Lost I 94 from Form I797A

    Hi,

    I lost the lower part of form I797A (Hi B visa petition approval) i.e I -94although I have photo copies.

    Will I face a problem in getting the visa stamped if I have photo copy in place of the original form?

    How long does it take to get a replacement?
