Hello Sir:
I am on H1B and going to expire on sep 2008 that is my 6th year and if i start the labour processing now and by the end of my H1B if labour get approved can i get 7th year of H1B extention or if i file my I-140 once my labor get approved and change the status and once my I-140 gets approved can I come back on H1B and get my H1B extend thank u very much.
