Hi team,
How will i come to know that my employer has applied for my H1B this year.
Does the receipt no indicate that he has filed in my name.
When will i get the receipt number(in wat time frame)
Where can i check (web link) the status of my H1b application, whether it was picked up or not.

Only proof is a hard copy of H1 receipt, it contains your name, sponser name date of receipt and number details.
Genuine employer always gives this to employee as a proof.
