Information request - H1

Hi,

I have my H1 stamped on 7th march 2008 and is valid till 2011. I am planning to go to US in the second week of May. Kindly let me know if there is any rule that says you need to be in the US with in 2 months of the stamping or else is it fine if I travel in second week of may which will be around 2 1/2 months.

You're good ...

... don't worry there no such specific rule. You can travel after three months if that's how your project requirements are from your employer.
