Hi All,
I attended my H1b Visa interview in Feb-2008 and Visa officer given me 221(g) blue form asking for employer related information.I submitted all those documents and waiting for response from consulate.Now my current employer is asking me to apply B1.Can I apply for B1? What happens to my H1 if apply for B1.My B1 get the approval?Please help me.
