Hi,
Thanks for your help! Your help is very important!
I had had a H1B visa status with employer A for the last year. I was interviewing with employer B last week, and was immediately fired the day after the interview (I still have 1 more month of pay after the firing) Then couple days later employer B gave me an offer.
So my question is:
1. Am I still eligible for H1B transfer from employer A to employer B, as I heard there is no grace period but it is also depends on pay stub (since I still have an extra month of paid)?
2. Or do I have to let employer B know and re-apply for H1B?
3. Could employer B withdraw their offer (since an offer has an legal effect according to my understanding) knowing my termination with employer A?
Thanks!
Abraham
