Signature on DS 156 for baby

Iam appearing for h4 visa with my baby this month. Should i be marking the thumb impression of my baby in his DS 156? Didnt find any remarks in the visa guidelines regarding this.

U have to sign and state the relationship with your kid, that is sign and mention in the braces as (FATHER). Even if you dont sign in, the embassy facilitator will ask you to sign for your baby with the relationship details.
