CASE Pending Spouse Travel

Hi,

My husband applied for h1 transfer and his case is pending now. Actually Now he is working for the client showing the receipt number.

it was applied in premium mode. And not know weather his old employer revoked the h1 or not.

Now what my problem is I am planning to join my husband.

I got h4 stamping from my old employer. Is it legally allowed to travelling when his case is pending.


Please suggest me.

---- Yes you can travel on the current H4 Visa you are holding. Carry a copy of the H1 transfer receipt number

---- By the way how did you get H4 stamping from your old employer (or is it your husband's employer), since on H4 you cannot be working
