Hai; All please help me as i am having h1 interview on 26th

i dont have

employer tax returns
unemployment wages
photographs of company
staff list of employer
project specification

is these docs r mandatory

Those are ...

... employer's confidential documents (except for photographs??!! and your project specification), why would YOU have them?

If AMCON requires these documents your employer can send them directly to the consulate without having to send them to you first.

You need to have your project details letter/document with you.

My opinion differs from information posted by Knowledgeable.

Now a days employees going for stamping are expected to have these confidential documents too. It has been posted many times that amcon demanded these documents through employees after issuing them 221(g).
