My name is srikanth. I have a small question. If a H1B application is selected from lottery and by bad luck if it is processed and got rejected do that applicant get that amount back?

yes if not picked in lottery the application money is fully refunded, but attorney costs still apply

---- What do you mean by processing and rejection after getting selected in the lottery. Is it for the Visa stamping in teh Passposrt at a US Consulate. Be clear and precise.
