I have a valid H1 from company A till Sept 2009. I transfer my H1 to a company B. Got my receipt for H1 transfer on Sept 13, 2007. But the case is still pending till now 24th March, 2008. While the case is pending I went to India and come back.
I have raised a referral few days and have to wait for another 60days to hear from USCIS.
Is there any way my wife can come on H4 under this circumstance?
