Hi,
My wife was here in US.My petition has expired and she needs to go for stamping now. I have a US born kid too.

Now my wife is going for H4 stamping.

Please send me the list of docs required for her stamping.

Q1) Does she require my Original marriage certificate?
Q2) Does she require my Original I797 petition document?
Q3) Form I-129 and LCA are required for H4 stamping?

How to get I-129 and what is it?I do not have it with me?How to get it?
My wife is in India now.

What other Original documents are required for her stamping?

Ur wife doesnt req any orignal docs.. give her ur I-797,LCA, Passport zerox copies, 3 months pay slips, bank statements of 3 months ... She will get the visa.. Ask her to be prepared for questions from officer like when did u get mary , wheres ur husband working,since how long hes in US ?.. whats ur husband's salary ?.. what was he doing in he ws in INdia.. and ur birth day ..
