I submitted all the documents at the time of interview i.e. on 20-11-2007 and I have got a 221(g) "Additional administrative processing" query. I kindly request you to please let me know the visa status. And for the above mail i have got a reply stating that:
"In accordance with United States law and Department of State guidelines, action on your case has been suspended, and your petition for a Non-immigrant Worker filed on your behalf was returned to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on January 31, 2008 with a memorandum explaining the facts of your case as presented to us at the time of interview. The U.S. Consulate in Chennai is no longer handling your case, and will be enable to give you any information on the status of your petition."
Can some please help me out what i can do about this and how can i find out the status of my case.
