I am applying for H4 VISA for my wife and i am currently working in US.
For Question 37. in Form D156 " Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship? *
Mark YES or NO and indicate that person's status in the U.S. (i.e., U.S. legal permanent resident, U.S. citizen, visiting, studying, working, etc.). "
As i am currently working in US i will to say
"YES " for Husband and " Working " .
I have US born SON ( 1 year old ) .
DO i need to Say "YES " for SON and "US citizen " even though he is currently in INDIA ?
