I am working for Company A and Company B (As a Visa Consultants but they say it as Company)processed the H1 by taking fee and taking some signatures on the Bonds. Now i got stamped in Sep2007 for 3y.

Now company A is ready process the transfer of H1, Can i make this transfer process without knowing to company B.

Otherwise, the approval of the Company B is a must?

Actually, i heard that, they(Company B) can revoke my H1, even then, can i make the H1 transfer process for Company A?

Yet i am not entered into US.

What are the possibilities to skip Company B as it is not good to move with that company for my best of career.

The company B won't accept the transfer if i ask directly......

Please suggest me, as it is creating lot of tensions...

Is there any TOEFL (English requirement) to obtain H1B? I wish the US makes it obligatory.
