H1B Multiple transfer -- unique situation

Hi,
I was working for cmpA and got an offer in cmpB. I filled for H1B Transfer to cmpB on march 12. I started working for cmpB from March24. Now i got an very good offer from cmpC. Can i transfer my H1B to cmpC? I am yet to receive the receipt # for my transfer with cmpB, in such a situation is it possible to transfer my visa to cmpC?

Kindly help me with this issue.
