Hi,

Thanks for everyone who writes their experience, Myself & My kids are planning to attend a interview for H4 next month. Pls help me regarding H4 documents arrangements. Is it mandatory to have 3months pay stubs and tax return, only one month pay stubs i have because my husband travelled to US last month only. pls advice whether i can take interview next month or i need to wait for 3months.

Its a simple question, my friend got H-4 stamped this month i.e, Mar'08.
Now, within how many months should my friend go to USA, so that H4 is not lapsed.
Or
Wat's the duration or time limit to enter USA from the time of H4 being stamped.

Please do the needful if anyone knows about it.
