H4 to H1B .. Immediate help needed

My wife is currently in India. She was on H1B but she had to go to India so she had to resign from current employer.
She recently moved to H4 after changing her name to married name.

But before this she had an H1B transfer process with USCIS with her maiden name which got approved after she moved to H4.
My question is:
What should be done now so that she can get her H1B stamped and come to USA on her recent H1B approval?
How will the name change affect her H1B interview?

Is it the case that the I-797 for the new H1 approval has maiden name and H4 has married name? Please be clear what the concern is.

Yes.
That is the concern
The H4 is in the married name
and the H1B approval is in her maiden name

I assume that the passport also shows the married name. DS-156 has to be filled with name as written on passport. In this case, I think you will need to have the name on the H-1B approval changed to the married name and then send her for visa stamping.

If the names on I-797 and passport match, no problem. Just use the name in passport.
