What case was filed on you and by whom? If you were caught in fraud or misrepresentation, no point in dreaming about US anymore.

... whether the fraud investigation was for you personally or for the company that sponsored you.
If it was the company, you can try for another H1B through a new company who can sponsor you or you can even try for a visitor visa if you just want to come to the US to visit.
If it's the former issue, then surely you're in trouble and you don't have much chances anywhere.
You can though surely try and let AMCON make some money off of you!
