I was working on L2 visa and got it converted to H1b effect Oct 1, 2007. The employer remained same. Now, I am going for stamping in India.
After successful stamping and reentering, Can I immediately apply for Transfer of H1b visa?

You can do that provided your L2 visa is still valid and your dependent is still on L1.
