jus want to know whether anybody got receipt/approval notice for this year.i heard ppl say they got receipt n some got approval too(wonder)....also did any one got receipt num for multiple filings(thru diff employer---not same employer)...????
under general non Premium processing..i.e regular?

Some Premium folks have started getting receipts. General people will get them soon as well.

Multiple H1B filings

Hi,
People who have applied multiple petitions through different employers have got their receipt numbers. My friend is waiting for the approval of the petitions. Nothing will happen. Don't get tensed if some one has multiple filings. Because no rule in USCIS states that we should not file multiple petitions through different employers. Choose one of the employers and ask the other one to withdraw it.
