I-94 Expired,plz help ASAP

Hi,
I am on H4 and my I-94 expired one year ago,but I have valid h4 visa stamp.What should I do to renew my I-94.

My wife is also in similar situation. Her H4 got expired on 2/14/2001. But I had sent her passport along with my passport and my I-797 for revalidation(ST.Louis) in the 02/2001 and got stamped new visa which is valid until 2004. Later we filed for her new h-4 in 10/2001. Got an RFE on 03/05/02 from INS asking the reason for the delay in filing I-539 on 03/05/2002. Our attorney replied stating that my client got new visa stamped so she is not out of status. Now we are waiting for INS decision. i-94 expired

Hi, I feel we both are in the same situation , i have consulted many attorneys [desi] they give different opinions abt diff things iam totally confused, wether to apply for i-539 iam really not sure wht are the chances that i will get my I-94, plz write back to me i have lot of doubts to [email protected].
