Hi,
I got my visa approved and started working on that visa in Oct 2007.I plan to change my employer on 1-May-08 and apply for premium transfer.
I want to travel and get my visa stamped in Mexico on 1-July-08.
I have the following questions :
1) Is it that I am not eligible for stamping in Mexico as my visa was in the new lottery system since 2007?
2.I will get paid weekly, So by 1-July-08, I will have 8 paystubs. Are these along with W2 and other documents sufficient for proof of employment?
Is it better to get it stamped in mexico or india?
Please advice.
