Hi guys!
My wife's I-129 Extension of Stay is still pending when we checked it online. However, her fellow employee who has the same receipt date with her application of stay got an approval already. Their receipt date is January 2008. Just recently, the processing time was updated and the date stated there was still in November 2007. Just wondering why her fellow employee's application has been adjudicated already while her's is still pending.
Anyone who has an idea?
