H4 Dependents requires transfer?

I was working with "Company A" on H1 and my family are holding H4 stamped when I was with Company A and are still in India. Recently I transferred my H1 to "Company B" and "Company A" cancelled their H1. Now the question is whether my family members can travel with their H4 visa stamped with "Company A". What all documents they shoudl carry if they can? And if not what is the procedure to get new H4s for them?

They can travel on existing unexpired visas. They just need to carry a copy of the new approval notice from company B (Must) and couple of your paystubs and offer letter, just to be safe.
