Visa expired more than 12 months

Hi,

I see help from you guys about getting renewal visa for me.

My visa expired in Feb-2007. My employer filed H1B renewal petition and it got approved. I wish to go to India on vacation and come back.

I would like to know, whether are there any conditions for the visa renewal (stamping) like you can only get it within 12 months or something like that?

If somebody can help me figuring out that will be great.

No such conditions exist. But, your way of putting question is not good.
