I am holding H1 would it be possible to transfer to another employer from India

Hi All,

My H1 B Visa got stamped on Dec 2006. I have not been there in US so far.

Now I would like to transfer my visa to some other employer. Is it possible to to transfer when I am in India.

Could you please clarify.

It is not a transfer but a new petition which is not subject to the quota. You may not enter until you have received the approval notice.
