H1-b Transfer

Hi,

I have my H1-B - VISA STAMPED IN PASSPORT UNTILL OCT 2009. I RECENTLY CHANGED MY EMPLOYER AND THE NEW H1-B APPROVAL I GOT IS UNTILL 2011,

MY QUESTION : I AM PLANNING TO GO TO INDIA IN NOV 2008, DO I NEED TO GOT FOR THE STAMPING AGAIN WHILE RE ENTERING ? OR MY VISA STAMPED WILL BE VALID ?

Why do you need to shout at the forum in all caps? Please don't.

The answer has remained same over past few years. No new visa stamp needed. Just carry your latest approval notice along with the old valid visa stamp for re-entry.
