H1 Visa question

Hi,

Can anyone help me out on this...

I have my H1 visa valid until 4th June 2008, but have my H1 petition approval valid until Feb 2010. I am travelling to Bahamas on 23rd May 2008 and will be entering back into US on 27th May. Will there be an issue while entering US, if my visa is expiring on 4th June, which is close to my re-entry date into US. Please advise.

Visa is just an entry document and your I797, if valid will determine the DOE of your stay. You will not havbe any issues. Carry your original approval I797.
