H1B Transfer - Without PayStub

Please let me know if there is any chance to transfer my H1B visa without Latest 2 months (USA) pay stub, If there is a opening for H1b Transfer.

Immigration laws take a while to get changed and change overnight is almost impossible.

You can leave the country, can get the new H1b processed as a CP, enter with the new petition after it gets approved.

No paystub = Out of status for H1b = No EOS/Transfer possible
