I have visited your web and found lot of good information regarding H1B visa. I have a question. Do any H1B holder buy property, and can they invest in business? What will be their visa status after owning a business or company?

You can buy property. You can make passive investments like stocks, buying house etc. You can't make any active investment like working for a company, starting a company and working for it.
