unusual case do not know what to do

I have been thru this AAP thrice everytime I went to apply, i have to go thru all this ordeal. LAst time they gave 10 year ME visitor i thought now it should be smooth sailing from now but this time i went fir H1 and again!!!!! the worst part is it took 9 months and now i am worried if ths going to happen again. i will be shattered. I need to know what to do now can lawyer who filed my petition or employer can help me in any sorts.

Do you have a common name? If so, the problem has no solution.
