H1 issue...urgent please help...

Hello :

I recenlty got H1 approval for the second term(3 yrs) from company A.
I worked for that company Till June 2001 and that company had even applied for my H1 Extionsion and got it.(have pay stubs till june 01)

Meanwhile i got another job offer in July from company B and they applied for H1 transfer and i got the H1 approval.( company B raised pay stubs from Augest 01 till October 01 ).

The questions is : Now I have both H1's. I wanna go on a vation to India...which H1 Should i sent for stamping to St.Louis.
The employer B is kinda hessitent to raise any further pay stubs. Can i Send my compnay A approval for stamping. I have goog realations with company A.

Please suggest me in this regards.

What do you mean by 'raise pay stubs'? Do you mean raising pay or do you mean producing pay stubs?

As you are working for B and NOT A, you have to send H1 visa papers for B to St. Louis.
