L1 to H1 - Travel

Hi,

I got selected in the H1B lottery but still it is not approved. I am currently in L1 and my L1 extension is having problem and my employer wants me to go back to India for processing.

Will this any way impact my H1B approval as mine is COS. Whether my whole H1 petition will be rejected or only the COS will be rejected.

If you have not maintained continuous status until Oct 1st, the COS will change to CP.
