L1 and H4 status

Hai Friends,

Ca you please give me your valuable suggestion on following Scenario

I have a valid L-1 visa stamped on my passport, Last year I 've been In USA from May 2007 to July 2007 on L1 visa validity upto october 2009 , Now If I need to go to the U.S. on H-4, will my L-1 still remain valid for future trips with the same employer?

If it is valid..Can I would apply seprately H4 ( My husband has got stamped H1 visa in Dec 2007, still he is working in India )

Is there necessary to go for H4 Interview along with him or seperately?

You are allowed to have L1/H4 combination. If VO asks, tell that you intend to use the L1 later. He might question you as to if you go to US, will you not resign from the employer.

Your spouse need not accompany you for the H4 visa. They do not allow anyone other than the visa applicant.
