H1 visa after H1 Transfer

My H1 visa and petition were expired.Had my H1 extended and got new petition and I-94 till 2010. I wanted to go for a H1 transfer now, and after I get the approval, have plans of going to India.So, again to re-enter US will there be any problem reg my visa? Which petition should I show if I go for stamping in India?

Use the petition of the employer you are employed with at that time.
