H1 Transfer need Stamping agian?

Recently i changed my employer, i got my new I-797 also and my visa valid until Oct 2009.
Am planning to go to India this year Oct 2008.
*Is it complusory to get stamped my visa again to go india as i have changed my employer?.
*Is that visa stamped with new employer is compulsory to enter into US again?
*Is that new I-797 and old Visa is suffice my purpose to enter into US again?

Please advice whether to go for stamping or not before i plan to india!
