Traveling to India, a year after h1 transfer

Hi All,

May be this question is asked somewhere in the forum ,but I couldnt find it .Thats y started a new thread.

I came to USA for Company A on Jan2007 and done a h1 transfer for company B on sep2007. I am planning to return to India for a vacation for 2 months.My question is Do me and my wife needs to get stamped again coz our passport contains the old visa from company A. If yes,

can anybody give me the list of docs i need to present during the interview.or atlease point to a link.
