Hi friends,

I got H1B approved FY-2009 , Now I am Pregnant carrying 6th month, is there any problem I go like this for Interview ? and I am planning to take my husband as a H4, What are additional Questions they will ask me. Please give me some suggestions .

You cannot enter the country 10 days prior to the effective date on your H1-B petition. The earliest date is OCT 1. My guess is you will most likely deliver before that time and would be easier to get H4 for your newborn and husband at the same time.
