    Hi,

I got my visa stamped in Delhi and came to US in Jan 2006 from employer A.

I switched to employer B and he did H1 for me which is expiring in June 2009.

Stamping from employer A is expiring in Sept 2008 ,so I am planning to go to
Canada for stamping in last week of Aug 2008. If my visa did not get stamped in Canada for aa..... reason , can I come back (to US) ?

Assuming visa got stamped in Canada, I am planning to go to India in Oct 2008 and return back in Feb 2009. Will I get any problem in port of entry , as the visa is expiring in Jun 2009(my employer B says he will apply for extension before 3 months of expiry)?

Experts can you please answer my questions. Thanks
    in advance.

    Thanks
    jeevan.

If the visa is denied, you have to travel to your home country. If it gets into administrative processing, some VOs have issued temporary entry permission for a few people . Again, that is not an official entry and it is upto the CBP officer at the border to let someone in with a letter from the consulate.

No isses with re-entry later in Feb if you have a job.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
