tell me the truth

Hi buddys,
I have applied h1b for this year,but i didn't get any receipt so far. Some people are saying june 2nd is the deadline to receive receipts, but few are telling donnt worry we can wait some more days to get receipts.
suggest me which one is correct. And one more tell me about waiting list.............

Though waiting for the receipt for one more week seems okay but the chances are getting bleak. You should probably start accepting the truth.
