H4 to F1

Hi,

How tough is to change status from H4 to F1?
What is the procedure for that?

Is there a time limit before we can apply F1 after coming here to US on H4?

No such time limit.

You need an I-20 from the school you want attend on F1. For COS, use I-539 and follow the instructions.
