H4 VISA work permit

Hi All,
My husband is working in US with H1B Visa.He has applied me H4 Visa through his employer.I am a professional and i wish to work there.But there is no possibility for a H4 Visa holder to work there.Can i get a F1 Visa after going there and work.Please help me in this.I need it urgently.What are the ateps i have to do if want to work there after going there...

F1 visa is not for work but for study and it has its own advantages and disadvantages. You have to register and take courses of 9 credit hrs for graduate level and can only work 20 hrs during school restricted to on-campus jobs.
